Negin is an important part of the PR team at Flipside. She assists with promoting artists, music distribution, and marketing. She also in charge of managing the athletes in the team, relationships with the sponsors, and assisting with promotional campaigns. Her ultimate goal is to help Flipside’s artists and athletes reach a global stage and achieve success in all of their endeavors.
 
She is familiar with a wide variety of musical genres, eras, and languages. She finds comfort in Maria Brink's voice along with Luca and Diego Fainello's. In her opinion, the harmony among lyrics, singer's voice, and beat are divine. Her Iranian upbringing allows her to become an important communicator between the team's Persian and English speaking members. She is extremely passionate about the success of everyone at Flipside and plays an important role in the development and progression of their careers.
