Rapper
Mohammad Hossein Bozorgzadeh (Persian: محمدحسین بزرگزاده; born 24 January 1993), known professionally as Hossein Haft (Persian: حسین هفت), is an Iranian rapper, singer, and songwriter from Saravan, Baluchestan, Iran. He got interested in rap and hip hop by listening to a few songs by Eminem and 50 Cent in 2008. He started his career in music by playing guitar, and started to rap in Persian in his personal studio under the label Balucci Records in 2010. He started his own label, Bam Rap with Sadegh, and the label was functioning from 2011 to 2013. His first album, Shopank, was released in 2017, produced by Haft, himself. His two follow up singles after the album were in collaboration with Balucci label in 2018.
All of Haft's songs are about his mood and the things he had been through based on the environment he lives in. He raps because he finds comfort in shooting the words out in the world with his native language and hopes this can comfort others as well. Singed with Flipside in 2020, Haft is aiming to release more music in international scene and promote his unique identity in hip hop. |
