Flipside Productions proudly presented its inaugural Sing for Kindness, in collaboration with Uncle Ringo’s Fun Fair and in support of Singapore Kindness Movement. Together with over 20 passionate and talented musicians across Singapore, Sing for Kindness was inspiring graciousness through the love of music. | |
The performances were daily at Uncle Ringo’s Fun Fair Stage from 27 Jan to 16 Feb, with acts from U.S., Canada, Netherlands, England, Iran, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. Featuring an array of musical genres, from pop to hip-hop, and R&B to acapella, there was definitely something for friends and family to enjoy!
Sing for Kindness was also featuring a singing competition for aspiring musicians. Contestants stood to win up to $1,000 cash, together with music production and publishing by Flipside Production.
To celebrate and inspire the local music scene, Sing for Kindness was hosting its first ever singing competition. Contestants were judged based on their creativity, technique and showmanship. The competition was judged by Singapore Idol runner-up, Sylvester Sim; international hit music producer, Hangi Tavakoli; American songwriter, Scott Hilgenfeld; and Singapore’s very own local artists Xiang Hua and Dilly Del.
